Delete your account

Tell us which account to delete and we will remove it together with everything attached to it: your conversations, character memories, saved characters, preferences and any characters you created. Subscriptions are managed by the app store and are not cancelled by deleting the account.

Requests are processed by hand, as soon as we can. What is deleted and what may remain afterwards is set out in section 22 of the Privacy Policy. If you still have the app, Settings has a Delete account option that does the same thing.
